My Story with Reiki

Hi! I'm Jess and I live in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut with my husband, daughter, and pup. Surrounding myself in nature and practicing Reiki helps me feel grounded in this crazy world. I've always been highly sensitive to the emotions and environments around me, though I didn't always understand how to work with that sensitivity. Reiki gave me tools to feel more grounded and balanced. When I discovered energy healing through Reiki and learned how it works, I felt a clear calling to help others on their own healing journey.

I grew up with a lot of anxiety- which came with an overwhelming feeling of tightness in my chest, feeling like it was hard to breathe, and ruminating thoughts. I searched for many things to help me over the years, but I've found that Reiki is the one thing that consistently helps keep my anxiety in check. It has helped me to feel balanced and grounded in a way that is freeing to my soul.  

As a practitioner and an empath, I am honored to hold space for you on your healing journey without judgment, because I truly know what it feels like to be overwhelmed with what life can throw at you. You may be surprised by how much you can let go of—things that no longer serve you—to create more peace and balance in your life. 

My goal is to help you integrate Reiki into your life in a meaningful way, so that you can move forward. We will work together to find the ways Reiki can help you heal.
